If this is your first time at a hare scrambles race but familiar with trail riding, we reccomend that you try out the Sportsman Class its a first time racer class, but if you do really well you can always advance to novice, thats a 2 hour race however compared to 1 hour!
For Ice racing we recommend that
ALL new Ice Racers do at least 1 race in Novice Class to get their bearings, learn bike control and what to do in situations on the ice. You are on a machine with studded tires of course! Approval by organizer or referee required to move into Intermediate or Expert if you have not previously raced with CMA.
